Repair.

If your air conditioner isn’t working properly, our technicians will attend your home or office to diagnose the problem. Depending on the age of the air conditioner, we may recommend a repair to your existing unit, or it might be time for a replacement.

If repairs can be done, we will handle the parts ordering process. Depending on the type of air conditioner, we may have parts in stock and ready to go, or we will order the necessary parts. When your parts are ready, our technicians will return to your home or office to make the necessary repairs.

We can complete warranty work for many of Australia’s leading air conditioner brands, including:

  • Daikin

  • Mitsubishi Electric

  • Panasonic

  • Fujitsu

  • Rinnai

Since 2007, we’ve been working throughout Cairns and
Far North Queensland to repair all brands and types of air conditioning units.

We understand that in Cairns and Far North Queensland, a broken air conditioner can make for a bad day. That’s why we aim to have our technicians out to you as soon as we can,
to meet all your cooling needs.

Warranty Repairs

For any repairs which can be completed under warranty, usually all parts and labour will be free of charge and claimed under the warranty on your air conditioning unit.

Sometimes, there can be issues with your air conditioner which are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We will let you know if that is the case, and if so, fees and charges may apply.

You can find out more about warranty coverage on our Resources page.

Non-Warranty Repairs

If your air conditioner is no longer covered by warranty, or is not a brand we can offer warranty repairs for, we can provide you with an estimate of the costs to repair your unit. The estimate will include our call-out fee, labour costs, and parts costs. As we can only provide an estimate on the repair, further charges may apply if additional parts or call-outs are required to fix the unit.

Repair Process

Our repair process is simple and easy.

  1. Contact us to book in your repair.

  2. Our service technician will come to your home or office to look at the unit and diagnose the problem.

  3. If it’s possible, we will fix the unit at the time so there is minimal downtime for you.

  4. If parts are needed, our Parts & Accounts Coordinator will order the relevant parts. Once your parts arrive, we will contact you to schedule a time for our technician to return and fit the parts.
