Management
Paul has almost 20 years’ experience in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry, and started Messina Air Conditioning and Refrigeration in 2007. He is a qualified Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Mechanic and Electrician.
Paul has a wealth of experience in domestic and commercial air conditioning, refrigeration, and electrical systems, and has experience with a wide range of air conditioning systems including split systems, ducted and cassette units, wall mounted systems, package units and under ceiling units.

Rion Marsh, Service Manager
Rion has worked in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry for 20 years. Rion is a qualified Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Mechanic, and is currently completing his qualifications to become an electrician. Rion has experience across industrial, commercial, and domestic air conditioning, and industrial and commercial refrigeration.
As Service Manager, Rion oversees our Technical team and provides guidance and support to our technicians and apprentices.
Jarod Strooper, Electrical Service Manager
Jarod brings over 8 years’ experience as an Electrician to our team. Jarod is currently completing his Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration to become a dual-qualified tradesman.
Jarod has worked across all aspects of electrical work in residential, commercial and industrial settings. As Electrical Service Manager, Jarod oversees our Electrical team.
Alexis Evans, Office Manager
Alexis has over 15 years’ experience in administration roles across a wide range of industries.
As Office Manager, Alexis oversees our administration team and the day-to-day running of our office. With excellent problem-solving skills, Alexis is always available to assist with any customer queries.

Soula is the bright and friendly voice you hear when you book in a job with us. Soula manages our service schedule, ensuring that our technicians are at the right place at the right time. Always happy to help, Soula enjoys making sure that our customers are our priority.

When your air conditioner isn’t working, and it needs a new part, Sue is our expert problem solver! Managing all of our parts ordering and warranty claims, Sue works closely with our customers to make sure their air conditioners are back up and running as quickly as possible.

When you need a quote, Hayley is the person you will speak to. Coordinating all of our customer quotes and projects, Hayley makes sure all of our ducks are in a row when it comes to following up quotes and getting all of the necessary people and equipment to our projects!

Chloe is the person you’ll speak to when you are looking for your new air conditioner. Handling all of our new installation scheduling, Chloe makes sure our customers’ cooling needs are met.

Our technicians specialise in home and office air conditioning and electrical services. We can provide a full suite of services to meet your cooling needs.
At Messina Air Conditioning, we take pride in training the next generation of air conditioning and refrigeration apprentices. Our apprentices work closely with our experienced technicians to learn their trade and are provided with upskilling and training opportunities as their apprenticeship progresses.
